Europe: 3-7 business days | Switzerland, UK, North America: 5-10 business days | Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
The shipping provider will be indicated at checkout. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at lewhippe@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, send an email to lewhippe@gmail.com with your order number. Please note:
Returned items must be in their original condition, including all components and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is used, missing parts, or improperly repackaged, a fee may be deducted from your refund. We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival, please report the issue to us at lewhippe@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and photos of the defect. If the defect qualifies under our warranty (valid for 2 years), we will offer:
Repair, Replacement, Partial refund, Full refund
Defects due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents do not qualify. If a return is initiated for a defect that does not meet warranty terms, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Unclaimed Packages
If your order is sent to a pick-up location and is not collected within the carrier’s specified time, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping and handling fees.
